The Agile Coaching track explores the mindset, stances, and skills needed for effective facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and teaching in an agile team context.

The Enterprise Agile Coaching track was developed for Agile Coaches who have completed the Agile Coaching track who wish to take their skills to the enterprise level find this track most appealing.
